Gymnastics - School Age

Pennington Location

At the School Age level, children are grouped by age and assessed to ensure they are placed in youth programs that match their skill level.

While gymnastics fundamentals form the core of each level in our youth program, each class is also tailored to challenge students according to their individual abilities.

Through circuit and station training, drills, and instructor guidance, we create a series of achievable steps that help students master new skills. This approach allows children to progress at their own pace in a positive, non-competitive environment.

Our youth programs focus on building self-confidence and self-esteem while developing strength, flexibility, and coordination—skills that benefit both gymnastics and other sports.

These classes not only foster a love for physical fitness but also challenge young minds and build confidence through both independent and cooperative play. With a low 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio, you can rest assured that your child will receive the individual attention they need in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
